We continued to work on the points of our Internal Resilience Plan. Today, two fundamental points were covered: the frontline and human capital. Everything related to our defense.

There are ten points in total, which will be presented next week, and for each point, together with Ukrainian civil society, together with everyone ready to contribute rational ideas, together with business, we will prepare a foundational, doctrinal document for Ukraine, for our resilience.

Representatives from the Coordination Headquarters explained the processes behind locating and securing the release of civilians from Russian captivity and provided updates on efforts in this area.

This year, the Olena Zelenska Foundation funded the creation of six Schools of Superheroes in hospitals across Lviv, Vinnytsia, Poltava, Kryvyi Rih, Odesa, and Rivne, as announced by Ukraine’s First Lady during her address to participants of the Conference of Hospital Teachers of the Schools of Superheroes.

Ukraine expects that Canada will continue to actively advocate for its first point – receiving an invitation to NATO. Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged Justin Trudeau to continue working with allies in future multilateral formats and direct negotiations.

The Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office, Dariia Zarivna, presented the Bring Kids Back UA initiative of the President of Ukraine and the findings of the Task Force co-chaired by the Head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, and the Director of the International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute, Lady Helena Kennedy LT KC, at the European Parliament. She presented the recommendations of the second White Paper.
