President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with representatives of scouting organizations who handed him the Peace Light of Bethlehem. He thanked them and congratulated them on the upcoming Christmas.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Ukrainian diplomats and diplomatic service employees, congratulated them on their professional holiday and thanked them for their work for the interests of Ukraine and our people.

Over the past year, Ukraine has grown stronger and moved closer to the goal that unites our entire nation – we must defeat the occupier, overcome this evil. We need a just peace, and each and every one of you must work toward this goal.

Today, the removal of debris and rubble following yesterday's missile attack has been completed in Kyiv. In Kherson, where Russian bombs hit an oncology center, work is still underway. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his evening address.

Our defense is entirely just. I thank all those around the world who support Ukraine in this.

Ihor Zhovkva met with the Secretary General for Foreign Affairs at the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs of Austria, Nikolaus Marschik.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Prime Minister of Lithuania Gintautas Paluckas and his Government, which, following approval by the Seimas, made the first visit to Ukraine in the history of Ukrainian-Lithuanian relations in its entirety.

A joint meeting of the Interagency Working Group on Children and Armed Conflict and the UN Task Force on Monitoring and Reporting was held in Kyiv to discuss gross violations of children's rights during the full-scale Russian aggression. The event was held under the initiative of the President of Ukraine Bring Kids Back UA and the CAAC (Children and Armed Conflict) mechanism in Ukraine.

On December 20-29, a fairy tale will come to life for children and adults, combining the historical atmosphere with the Christmas spirit. The immersive show will take the audience back to the times of Kyivan Rus. St. Sophia of Kyiv will use 3D technology to tell stories with graffiti left by our ancestors.

I also want to thank all the partners of our state who are responding to this and other Russian shellings by being ready to provide more air defense systems, more weapons that can protect against terrorists. We have now returned from Brussels with new agreements on air defense systems. Germany has also already transferred an additional IRIS-T system – thank you.
