The Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and the Head of the foreign affairs of Hungary discussed the progress of our country on the path of European integration.

Andriy Yermak emphasized that the state is ready to provide all the necessary support for the work of American defense companies in our country and create conditions for them to start co-production in Ukraine with domestic manufacturers.

The representatives of the Ukrainian delegation emphasized that the financial and military assistance of the United States is a crucial factor not only for the situation on the battlefield, but also for the further success in defending common democratic values. 

Andriy Yermak expressed gratitude to the participants for preparing a strategically important document outlining a clear set of steps by the United States for our country’s resistance to Russia: “Proposals for Ukraine's Victory Plan.” Among its priorities are the timely provision of arms to Ukraine in the proper quantity, strengthening sanctions and export controls over Russia, increased pressure on the G7 and the EU to transfer Russia's frozen sovereign assets to Ukraine, and a range of other critical measures.

As part of the visit to the United States together with Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak spoke at the United States Institute of Peace.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Zhovkva met with Spyridon Lambridis, Special Envoy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic for Ukraine.

These consultations followed up on the G7 Joint Declaration of Support for Ukraine of July 12, 2023.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a phone call with National Security Advisor to the President of the United States Jake Sullivan in the framework of the ongoing dialogue with the allies.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a phone call with the President of the Italian Episcopal Conference, Cardinal Matteo Zuppi.

The parties discussed joint efforts to advance Ukraine on the path to NATO and our country's contribution to Euro-Atlantic security.
