Ukraine's invitation to NATO is the first point of the Victory Plan, because it will help to end the war and prevent the repetition of Russian aggression in the future. This was stated by the Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, in his speech at the European Policy Center in Brussels.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak participated in a thematic conference dedicated to the first point of the Peace Formula: "Radiation and Nuclear Safety." The event was organized by France, co-chair of the working group alongside Ukraine, with co-leadership from the Czech Republic, Japan, and Sweden.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President Ihor Zhovkva met with Policy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ireland Gerard Keown. The meeting was a continuation of the dialogue between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Taoiseach of Ireland Simon Harris.

Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak and Minister for Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha met with ambassadors of the G20 countries to Ukraine. The event focused on the implementation process of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Peace Formula.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak took part in a thematic online conference dedicated to Point 9 of the Peace Formula "Preventing escalation of war and repetition of aggression."

The interlocutors coordinated their positions ahead of Anders Fogh Rasmussen’s upcoming visit to Washington and the 25th "Ramstein" meeting, which will take place on October 12 at the leadership level.

On the eve of Education Workers' Day, Olena Kovalska, Deputy Head of the Office of the President, took part in the ceremony of awarding prizes to the winners of international student Olympiads and their teachers, as well as to the laureates of the all-Ukrainian Teacher of the Year competition.

The parties discussed the Ukrainian President's visit to the United States, including his presentation of the Victory Plan, as well as President Biden’s decision to surge security assistance to Ukraine.

Following the meeting, Ukraine and Canada approved a Joint Statement from the coalition co-chairs.

The presentation of the Victory Plan to President Joseph Biden, the U.S. Congress, and both U.S. presidential candidates, along with all of Volodymyr Zelenskyy's meetings on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, aimed to strengthen support for Ukraine in achieving a just peace.
