During the meeting, information was heard about the situation on the frontline and measures to repel Russian armed aggression. The parties also discussed the specific needs of the defense forces of Ukraine, in particular in the provision of weapons and ammunition.

Yermak briefed Nuland on the peace formula of 10 essential points, which President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented to the G20 leaders on November 15. The parties discussed further steps aimed at its implementation.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak held a meeting with a delegation of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Subcommittee on Security and Defence of the European Parliament, which arrived in our country.

In 2023, under the baseline sanctions scenario with an oil price cap, Russia will have significant difficulties in financing its balance of payments and budget. However, under the implementation of the ambitious scenario, which assumes a price of 30-35 dollars, the Russian Federation will reach a critically low level of oil and gas revenues already in the first half of next year.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko held a meeting with President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC) Andy Hunder and ACC Vice President Tetyana Prokopchuk.

Andriy Yermak informed the interlocutor about the operational situation on the frontline, as well as about the possible actions of Russia, which it is preparing in order to continue terror against the civilian population of Ukraine.

Andriy Yermak noted Moldova's solidarity with the people of Ukraine in the face of continued Russian aggression and emphasized the joint aspirations of the two countries to build modern, successful states that will occupy a worthy place in the single European family.

The parties discussed the current security situation in Ukraine in the context of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation and ways of further assistance from Slovenia in matters of improving our country's defense capabilities. The interlocutors focused in detail on Russian terrorist airstrikes on the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine and the tactics of the enemy's use of cruise missiles and Iranian drones.

Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak stated this during an online speech at the conference "Possible Scenarios for the Prosecution of Russia for the Crime of Aggression", which takes place in Paris with the participation of members of the working group on the creation of a special international tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

During the meeting, the Head of the Office of the President and the U.S. Department of State Sanctions Coordinator exchanged views on the effectiveness of the restrictive measures taken against Russia at this stage, as well as the prospects for their expansion.
