Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak met with U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg. This was the first meeting held by the Special Envoy during his visit to Ukraine, and the Ukrainian side highly appreciates this gesture of support at a difficult time for our country.

The delegations were led by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Zhovkva and Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service for Peace, Security and Defense Charles Fries.

Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak spoke to PBS News about the results of meetings in Munich, the ongoing negotiation process with partners, and the preparation of an economic partnership agreement with the United States.

During the meeting, the parties discussed pressing international security issues and explored ways to strengthen the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States. Special attention was given to preparations for upcoming high-level meetings.

The interlocutors discussed a number of topical issues of bilateral cooperation, including further interaction in the security sphere. Special attention was paid to the preparations for the visit of the President of Ukraine to Türkiye, which will mark an important step in strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries.

The parties welcomed the revitalization of political dialogue between Ukraine and China last year and discussed the potential for further contacts at the highest level. The interlocutors reaffirmed their mutual respect for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and China as the basis of Ukraine-China relations.
