The Head of the Presidential Office emphasized that Ukraine is striving to achieve a just and lasting peace, but Russia is doing everything to prolong the war even further.

Andriy Yermak thanked the Democratic Republic of the Congo for supporting key UN resolutions condemning Russia's aggression against Ukraine. The parties also discussed Ukraine's diplomatic efforts to achieve a just and sustainable peace.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Brusylo held a meeting with the defense attachés of Ukraine's partner countries. The meeting was attended by representatives of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Ireland, Canada, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, and France.

A meeting was held at the Child Rights Protection Center in Kyiv between representatives of Ukraine involved in the return of Ukrainian children deported and forcibly displaced by Russia and Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever.

The primary focus of the conversation was the security situation and joint efforts with partners aimed at achieving a just and lasting peace for Ukraine. In particular, both sides highlighted the importance of last week’s visit to Ukraine by the Chiefs of Defense of France and the United Kingdom.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Brusylo held a meeting with ambassadors and representatives of the embassies of countries – members of the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF).

An expanded meeting of the Presidium of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine was held in Kyiv, chaired by the Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Ihor Brusylo, held a meeting with Italy’s Special Envoy for Ukraine’s Reconstruction, Davide La Cecilia, and Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Ukraine, Carlo Formosa.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, took part in a discussion on the role of artificial intelligence in bringing the Russian Federation to justice for the war in Ukraine.
