The parties also discussed the issue of providing security guarantees to our country in the context of negotiations between Ukraine and France on the conclusion of a relevant bilateral agreement, as provided for in the Joint Declaration of Support for our country of July 12 this year.

The interlocutors discussed the situation on the front, further security cooperation, and the preparation of the 12th package of EU sanctions against Russia.

On behalf of the state leadership, Andrii Sybiha expressed gratitude to the Secretary General for his visit to Ukraine and the organization of the 62nd plenary session of the PABSEC General Assembly in Kyiv from November 15 to November 17 of this year.

Germany has joined five other G7 countries with which Ukraine has also begun respective bilateral negotiations.
