The parties discussed the preparation of a bilateral security agreement with Italy in the framework of the G7 Joint Declaration of Support for Ukraine.

In continuation of the dialogue with partners, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a phone call with Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso.

"The main thing is to assist us in strengthening our defense capabilities and readiness for any attempts of new aggressions," said the head of the President's Office.

The parties continued to elaborate on the structural blocks and concrete provisions of the respective agreement and coordinated the schedule of further negotiations to finalize the document.

Both sides continued discussing thematic blocks and specific provisions of the agreement.

The Ukrainian delegation was headed by Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Ihor Zhovkva. The Danish delegation was headed by Lisbet Zilmer-Johns, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak and NATO Secretary General in 2009-2014 Anders Fogh Rasmussen held a meeting of the International Task Force on Security and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine.

Andriy Yermak noted that during two years of full-scale Russian invasion, the Ukrainian people have consistently felt reliable support from the United States. He expressed hope that the U.S. House of Representatives will also vote in favor of supporting Ukraine, which will once again demonstrate America's global leadership in defending freedom and democracy.

Andriy Yermak emphasized the importance of all EU and NATO member states joining the G7 Joint Declaration.

Andriy Yermak noted the high level of cooperation between Ukraine and Germany and expressed his sincere gratitude to Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz, President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and the entire German people for their powerful comprehensive assistance to Ukraine in countering full-scale Russian aggression.
