During the working visit to Belarus, the Ukrainian delegation met with the Russian party of the Trilateral Contact Group for the Peaceful Settlement of the Situation in Donbas (TCG) to discuss the improvement of the efficiency of the TCG.

A regular meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group (Ukraine, Russia, OSCE) was held in the format of a video conference with the participation of representatives of certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine as part of the Ukrainian delegation. A technical break has been announced in the work of the TCG until June 15.

This morning, another round of consultations in the working group on political issues of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) for a peaceful settlement in Donbas began in the format of a video conference.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, His Deputy Ihor Zhovkva, Adviser to the President of Ukraine Ruslan Demchenko, as well as Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, Vice Prime Minister - Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Oleksiy Reznikov and Defense Minister Andriy Taran made a working visit to Germany.

The interlocutors, in particular, touched upon the issues of financial support to Ukraine, as well as the prospects of investment cooperation. Andriy Yermak thanked the German party for assistance in allocating a new tranche of the IMF loan to Ukraine.

During a meeting with Foreign Policy Adviser to German Chancellor Jan Hecker held within a working visit to Germany, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said that Ukraine continues to insist on the prompt implementation of the agreements of the Normandy summit that took place in December in Paris to unblock the possibility of holding the next summit of the heads of state in Berlin.

During his working visit to Germany, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak discussed the security and humanitarian situation in eastern Ukraine with the Federal Minister of Defence Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer.
